The unit does not start
or switches itself off.

Power outage, undervoltage

wait before switching back on

Turn the main fuse off and turn
it on again

Check pump clean if necessary

Transmission distance too large /
Receiver faulty

there a signal sound on the

Reduce the distance to less than
6 m or change position

Replace the remote control

Malfunction

The equipment and components are manufactured using state-of-the-art production methods and tested several
times to verify their correct function. If malfunctions should occur, please check the functions as detailed in the
list below. For installations with an indoor unit and outdoor component, refer to the chapter "Troubleshooting
and customer service" in both manuals. Please inform your dealer if the unit is still not working correctly after all
the functional checks have been performed!
