7.7 - Power supply and
electromechanical brake control option
(SO VMA)

The motor must be fitted with an FCR brake adapted for the
VARMECA - 20.
The brake has a built-in power supply. The brake is energised
as soon as the run command is enabled. It is released after a
stop command, at the end of deceleration or on disconnection
of the power supply.
The rectifier circuit is mounted on the motor terminal plate.

sequential brake control option
(VMA ESFR)

7.9 - Parameter-setting console option
(CDC-VMA20)

The console option provides access to the drive internal
settings (terminal block configuration, ramp, speed and PI
settings, etc).
See VARMECA - 20 parameter-setting manual.

Description of the option:
1 CDC-VMA console
1 cable, L = 3m

7.10 - Parameter-setting software
option (PEGASE VMA 20)

This option provides access to the drive internal settings from
a PC. The software is compatible with WINDOWS 95, 98, NT
and subsequent versions.
See VARMECA - 20 parameter-setting manual.

1 software program
1 cable, L = 3 m

7.11 - EMC filter option (FLT VMA21M)

The filter is built into the VMA21M.
The VARMECA then conforms to standard EN 50081-1
(domestic level).
