Interface Name
Specify the interface to which a CAR list is to be applied.
Direction
Specify the direction in which a CAR list is to be applied.

Inbound—Applies the CAR list to the packets received on the specified interface.

Outbound—Applies the CAR list to the packets sent out the specified interface.
CAR List Index
Specify the index of the CAR list to be applied.
