End-to-end test uses NQA probe packets to test the connectivity and call quality

Based on the alarm module of the IMC Enterprise and Standard platform, UCHM
provides the ability to manage alarms specifically triggered by the UCHM component.

This page provides an overview of UCHM functions by presenting graphical views
of UCHM services:

Lync Network Overview—Displays the health status of the Lync service and the
performance of the monitored devices.

Lync Topology—Displays the logical topology of managed sites.
•
Resource View—Displays the numbers of Lync servers, PSTN gateways, and Lync
endpoints in a bar chart.

Call View—Displays in a pie chart the numbers and percentages of application
sharing, audio and video Lync calls.
•
Top 5 Lync Alarms—Displays the top five IP addresses that have generated the
most Lync alarms.

Lync QoS Evaluation for the Last 24 Hours—Displays in a line graph the QoS
evaluation of tunnel test results for the last 24 hours.
