Setup Main Menu

Downscaled

Inputs 9 and 10 can be set to show downscaled internal HR signals. The
routing is predefined: Input 9 shows the HR program signal (PGM), input
10 shows the HR preview signal (PVW).

DV IEEE 1394

Inputs 11 and 12 can be set to show DV codecs or SDI signals:

DV

The signal of the DV input (Firewire) is shown.

SDI

The PGM signal is shown.

Note

The Firewire outputs always show the SD PGM signal.

VGA

Inputs 13 and 14 can be set to show VGA signals. If necessary, you can
modify the VGA signal:

Use

Extended Positioning

to adjust (center) a VGA input that does not

match the supported VGA modes. If this button is active, you can
change Position X and Position Y even if Overscan X is 0 (see Align-
ment

section below).

Auto Adjust

automatically adjusts position and colors of the VGA signal.

Activate

Manual Gain

to manually adjust the signal’s VGA Gain and

VGA Blacklevel

.

SDI HD

Inputs 13 and 14 can be set to show SDI HD signals. If necessary, adjust the
aspect of the signal:

Like SD-ME

adopts the settings from the SD-M/E.

4:3

(independent from settings in SD-M/E)

16:9

(independent from settings in SD-M/E)

Internal SD

Inputs 13 to 15 can be set to show internal (upscaled) SD signals. The fol-
lowing internal sources can be selected:

SD PGM

SD PVW

SD AUX1

SD AUX2
