System Setup: Using the Configuration Menus
Configuration Menu
The Configuration menu (Figure 2-6) and its sub-menus allow
you to set up the switcher to meet your requirements. To begin the
setup process, press the
[Config] button next to the menu display
to bring up the Configuration menu, which includes the following
sub-menus and functions.
[SYSTEM PARAMS>] —4:3/16:9 Picture Aspect, Editor Field
Dominance, and System Clock.
[DEFINE INPUTS>] —Define Inputs, Chroma Key Sources,
and Crosspoint Legends.
[XPT MAP] —Map physical inputs to crosspoints.
[OUTPUTS>] —Configure Outputs.
[TIMING>] —Switcher Timing.
[PORTS>] —Serial Port Configuration.
[GPI>] —GPI Setup.
[TALLY>] —Tally Relay Setup.
