Setting Up Send Locations

To set up a Profile server as a send location:
1. Click Add on the Send tab of the Options window.
The Add Send Destination window appears:
2. Enter the information for your destination:
- Send Name — Enter a name for the location, such as Profile Server.
- Send Type — Select Profile.
- Send To — Open Media Manager, click on the desired destination
directory, and drag the folder from Media Manager into this field.
- Host Name — Automatically fills in with the computer name for the
Profile Video Server.
- User Name — Automatically fills in as movie ; leave as is.
- Password — Leave this field blank.
- NewsQ Pro Destination — Check this box if this send location is a
NewsQ Pro server.
3. Click OK .
