Bluetooth
The unit can’t connect with a Bluetooth device.
•
Turn on the unit and the Bluetooth device again, and perform the pairing procedure.
Sound is interrupted.
•
If the unit and the Bluetooth device is placed far apart, bring them closer together.
•
If there is an obstacle between this unit and the Bluetooth device, remove it.
•
Signal interference may occur when using Bluetooth and wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) at the same
time. Turn wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) off or set [
Wi-Fi Frequency
] in the UTILITY settings to

].
CloudDirectPlay
Tracks aren’t displayed or can’t be loaded.
•
Tracks aren’t displayed on the browse screen if rekordbox for Mac/Windows or rekordbox
for iOS/Android and the library in the cloud haven’t been synchronized. Use the unit after
the synchronization completes.
•
Tracks aren’t uploaded to Dropbox.
Only tracks uploaded to Dropbox are displayed on the browse screen. If the upload hasn’t
completed, you can’t load the tracks. Upload the tracks you want to use to Dropbox
beforehand using rekordbox for Mac/Windows or rekordbox for iOS/Android.
•
You can’t load tracks to the unit when Dropbox is under maintenance or failure occurs in
Dropbox. Use after the maintenance completes or after the issue is fixed. You can check
the maintenance and failure status at the Dropbox website below.

The capacity of the USB device is insufficient.
•
When using CloudDirectPlay, tracks loaded from Dropbox are temporarily saved on a USB
device. Sufficient free space is required for saving the loaded tracks on the USB device.
The reference file size for a track is as follows (it depends on the length of the track and the
file format).

mp3 format:12 MB (for a 6-minute track with 320 kbps)
–
WAV format: 66 MB (for a 6-minute track with CD sound quality)
