Add Job/Change Job
Set jobs for DirectScan.
Up to 25 jobs can be added.

Display Name
Set a name for the job.
Enter a display name within 48 characters.
You cannot set the same name as a display name that is already registered.
The space before or after the character string is ignored.
Color
Set a color for a job button that you want to display on the touch screen.
Destination Type
Set whether images are saved to a folder on the network or sent by email.

Save to a folder

Send by E-mail
Destination
Set a save destination or email addresses for images.

When [Destination Type] is [Save to a folder], the [Select Save Destination] screen is
displayed. Select a save destination for images.
If you want to add a save destination or change the save destination, press
on the
[Select Save Destination] screen and set a save destination in the [Edit Save Destination]
screen.

When [Destination Type] is [Send by E-mail], the [Select Address] screen is displayed. Select
email addresses.
If you want to add email addresses or change the email addresses, press
on the [Select
Address] screen and set a save destination in the [Edit Address] screen.

When [Send by E-mail] is specified for [Destination Type], specify the following items:

E-mail Subject
Enter the subject of emails to be sent within 48 characters.
