To use the sinewave sweep test

Sine/Sub mode includes a sinewave signal test, to help you set

the subwoofer crossover frequencies, or check for room

resonances.

Turn on Sine/Sub mode, as described above.

Press

< or > (remote) until the

display shows:

Sine Off

Press

A to turn on the sinewave signal.

The display shows:

Pause 80Hz

An 80Hz sinewave will be played through all channels.

You can change the test signal using the menu keys, as

described in the following sections.

To change the sweep rate

Press

< or > (remote) until the

display shows:

Pause 80Hz

Press

[ or ] (remote) to change the frequency in steps of

1Hz.

Press

A or V to change the sweep rate and direction, as

follows:

Display

Description

Fast sweep up.

Sine >> 88Hz

Slow sweep up.

Sine > 82Hz

Paused.

Pause 80Hz

Slow sweep down.

Sine < 78Hz

Fast sweep down.

Sine << 65Hz
