5.5.3.2 Creating a uRamdisk Image
uRamdisk is a tiny kernel image needed to boot uImage from the Disk on Chip.

mount -o loop ramdisk.image /mnt/ramdisk
Copy everything that is need th mdis disk. Then...
# umount /mnt/ramdisk
# gzip ramdi
Ramdisk can be written t with the docshell utility.
