5. How to install Windows 95/98
4.You will see the screen below. Select Full in Format type and Check Copy system files.
5.Click the Start button.When Format finish, remove the formatted disk and insert the the floppy disk for
Windows 95/98 included in this package.
6.Double-click the floppy disk icon in My Computer and double-click MKDISK.EXE.
7. Hit any key to start MKDISK.EXE.
8.When the message saying “Remove the SCSI Setup Disk .Insert the formated diskkette (in system)”
appears, remove the floppy disk for Windows98/95 included in this package and insert the formatted disk
you have made at the step 4, 5.
9.After that, hit any key to make the startup floppy disk.
10.Shut down your PC and insert the CB31U connected to a SCSI CD-ROM into the PC Card slot.
11.Turn on the SCSI CD-ROM and insert the startup floppy disk you have just made.
12. Restart your PC. You can now access to your SCSI CD-ROM drive
NOTE:
If this MKDISK.EXE does not work, make a startup flopply disk on your own. Refer the next
explanations in such a case.
