6.2 When the Emulator Debugger Does Not Start Up Properly
(1) When the LED Display of the PC4701 is Abnormal

Check that power (Vcc and GND) is properly
supplied to the target system.
(1) Check that an oscillator circuit board is installed
in the emulation pod.
See "3.2 Each Setting" (page 29).
(2) Check that the oscillation circuit in the emulation
pod is oscillating.

Check the reset pin of the target system is held
high.
The RESET LED of
