The

TRACKS

,

FILE

FORMAT

and

OPTIONS

. Touch the tabs at the

bottom of the screen to open the corresponding page.

REC TRACKS page

Touch the record arm buttons below the level meters to

arm the tracks that are to be recorded and disarm the

tracks that are not to be recorded.

When a track is armed for recording, the button

background appears red. (Default setting: no tracks

armed—buttons not red)

FILE FORMAT page

Use this to make file format settings.

File Mode
Set the mode for recording files.
MONO (default value): Each track is handled as a

monophonic file.

POLY: Multiple tracks are handled as a single combined

file.

Mono File Place
When the “File Mode” is set to “MONO”, set the folder

where audio files are saved with the following buttons.
SubFolder button (default value): Audio files are saved in

subfolders created for each take within the folder.

Folder button: Audio files are saved directly in the folder.

NOTE

In both modes, a subfolder is created for each take inside the

folder, and management files are generated in these subfolders.
When Folder mode is selected, the maximum number of takes

that can be recorded in a single folder is greatly reduced from
normal. For this reason, when switching to Folder mode the
following pop-up window appears with a warning about the
reduced maximum limit to the number of takes.
