Playing answering system messages:
Using a handset
1. Press the RIGHT NavKey when the handset s n dle mode to enter the
Messages menu.
–OR–
Press
MENU/SEL when the handset s n dle mode.
2. Press the UP and DOWN NavKeys to select Messages.
3. Press MENU/SEL to enter the Messages menu.
4. Press the PLAY softkey.
Using the telephone base
1. Press the PLAY/SKIP NavKey when the telephone base s n dle mode.
–OR–
Press the
MENU softkey when the telephone base s n dle mode.
2. Press the UP and DOWN NavKeys to select Messages, then press the
SELECT softkey to enter the Messages menu.
3. Press the PLAY softkey.
Options during playback
When playng messages on the handset or telephone base, you can adjust the
playback volume, skp, repeat, stop, or delete messages.
When playng messages usng a handset:
Press the VOL ^ or VOL V NavKeys to adjust the playback volume.
Press the RIGHT NavKey to skp to the next message.
