7.4 Back Windpipes

Windpipes keep curtains in place during high wind and provide mechanical support when curtain is rolled
up or down. Wind pipes are first installed in back of rollup curtain system.
1.

Insert one end of wind pipe through hole in top bracket (A).

2. Slide wind pipe upward until opposite end of wind pipe is above bottom bracket (B). If installing a double

stack system, make sure that wind pipe aligns with slot of middle bracket.
3.

Insert end of wind pipe through hole of bottom bracket (C).

4. Install clamp to middle bracket with #14-1 Tek screws to secure wind pipe in place (D). Install screws

through top and bottom brackets to secure windpipe (D).
5.

Repeat steps A-D to install back windpipes to system.
