10. Click Select Other Files to select another customer for configuration.
11. Click Print to generate a PDF file of the displayed data.
Database Backup
To save the backup of the database
1. Click Tools > Database Backup in the initial customer screen in PS-Tools. The Save
Database AS dialog box appears.
2. Select the folder to save the database backup.
3. Click Save. The database backup is saved in the selected folder.
