Importing Configuration
You can import configuration details from the panel to PS-Tools.
To import a configuration
1.
Choose Tools > Import from the initial customer details window in PS-Tools. The Import
Configuration From dialog box appears.
2.
Select a configuration file and then click Open. The configuration details are imported in the
binary format. A message, prompting you to save the configuration details to the database is
displayed.
3.
Click Yes to save the details to the database.
4.
If the customer and configuration details are already present in the database, a message
prompting you to overwrite the details in the database is displayed.
5.
Click Yes to overwrite the details in the database. You can verify the imported customer details
from the initial customer details window in PS-Tools.
