6-4 Continuous measurement
Press down and turn the Test button clockwise to lock it to perform a
continuous measurement of insulation resistance. After testing, turn the button
counterclockwise and set it to the initial position.

Be extremely careful not to get electric shock as high voltage is present on
the tip of test leads continuously.
