Report Descriptions

General

Meter Reading Detail: A report with details of account information available in Badger

READCENTER.

Unread Meters: A report of accounts that do not have a current meter reading in

READCENTER.

High/Low Audit: A report of accounts with meter readings, which are high or low in

comparison to the highs and lows being passed from the billing system to
READCENTER. The operator can then decide on a course of action.

Handheld and Laptop Reader

Exceptions: A report of accounts with one or more of the following conditions:

o

Tamper

set

o

Trouble code entered

o

Radio or touch read account where the meter reading was entered manually

o

Meter reader comment codes entered

Reading Interval: A report of accounts in the order they were read and the time that

elapsed between each meter reading.

Sequence: A report of accounts in the order they were read.
Comments: A report of accounts with comment codes or text messages entered by

the meter reader.

Summaries

Route Status: A report of routes along with totals for accounts within the routes that

have been received, loaded, read and sent to billing.

Duplicate Module Serial #: A report of module serial numbers that exist in two or

more account records. It allows you to see the accounts that contain the duplicates.

Leak Logger: A report for the Permalog+ Leak Logger module that shows which ones

report a leak condition.

Route Read Time: A report of routes along with the amount of time it took to read

them.
