Operation
Select a
Report Choose a report by clicking once on a report name listed. The name of the
selected report will be displayed on the right side of the screen.
Select
Accounts
to include
in the
report
based on
these
options. By
Group Choose By Group if an account
group has been defined for
accounts to include in the
report. Pick the account group
from the drop-down list.
(Remember: the group name is
the setting name defined in the
Account Groups function.)
By
Route Choose By Route if routes to
include in the report are
sequential and do not require
use of an account group. Enter
From and To text for the range
of routes.
By

for the range of accounts.
Options Registration See Appendix 4
By Read Date Only include accounts read on
or after a specified date.

Report Click View Report to display accounts that match the criteria entered. See below
for viewing and printing details as well as a listing of what each report contains.

labeled General and Handheld and Laptop Reader.
