Operation

Step 1.

Select
Accounts

Select
accounts to
load based
on these
options.

By
Group

Choose By Group if an
account group has been
defined with the accounts
selected to load. Pick the
group from the drop-down list.
(Remember: the group name
is the setting name defined in
the Account Groups
function.)

By
Route

Choose By Route if routes to
load are sequential and do not
require use of an account
group. Enter the From and To
text for the range of routes.

By
Account

Choose By Account if
accounts to load are sequential
and do not require use of an
account group. Enter From
and To text for the range of
accounts.

Options


Unread

After reading is complete for a
group of accounts, you might
want to load some for further
investigation.

With Leak
With Tamper

Without Lat/Long (accounts
without coordinates).

Use this to load accounts for
the purpose of getting latitudes
and longitudes from the laptop
reader.

With Lat/Long (accounts with
coordinates).

When using the laptop reader,
select this to load accounts
with coordinates that will
display on the map.

Step 2.

View
Selected
Accounts

Click View Selected Accounts to see accounts that will be included. Verify
that the number of accounts matches what is expected.

Step 3.

Select
Device

Remember:
The memory
device or
diskette must
be inserted.

Choose either the handheld reader or the laptop reader.

Click Browse to find and select the location of the load file.

Note: If the file location does not change, verify that the box is filled in correctly.
You may optionally click View File to see what the load file contains.

Step 4.

Load
Collector

Click Load Collector to begin loading. A progress bar is displayed during the
loading process. When the load is complete, a message box displays the
results.
