Steps 17 through 24 set up the KeyPress Events for each voice menu.
17. Click the Allow KeyPress Events check box.
18. Click on the "--" to the right of the "0". A drop-down menu appears (FIG. 32).
19. Select the VoiceMenu created above for 0, VoiceMenu -- Press0. Click Update. The drop-down menu
disappears and your selection appears in its place.
20. Repeat steps 18 - 20 for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, *, and #.
21. Click on the "--" to the right of the "t". A drop-down menu appears.
22. Select Hangup call from the drop-down menu.
23. Click Update. The drop-down menu disappears and your selection appears in its place.
24. Click Save.
Steps 25 through 40 create the Answer DTMF voice menu.
25. Click Create New VoiceMenu on the main Voice Menus screen. The Create New VoiceMenu dialog box
opens (FIG. 29).
26. Enter Answer DTMF into the Name field.
27. Enter the extension you want to use for DTMF in the Extension field.
28. Select Answer from the Add new Step options menu.
29. Click the Add new Step button. The information you entered appears in the Actions area.
30. Select Wait from the Add new Step options menu. A series of new options appear (FIG. 31).
31. Enter 1 in the Wait field.
32. Click the Add new Step button. The information you entered appears in the Actions area.
Steps 33 through 35 add authentication to the Answer DTMF voice menu. These steps are optional.
33. Select Authenticate from the Add new Step options menu. A series of new options appear (FIG. 33).
34. Enter the passcode you want in the Authenticate field.
35. Click the Add new Step button. The information you entered appears in the Actions area.
36. Select Goto Destination from the Add new Step options menu. A series of new options appear (FIG. 34).
37. Select VoiceMenu -- DTMF from the To Destination options menu.
38. Click the Add new Step button. The information you entered appears in the Actions area.
39. Leave the Allow Dialing Other Extension and Allow KeyPress Events check boxes unchecked.
