SAFETY FUNCTIONS

The machine is equipped with the following safety functions:

REVERSE GEAR BUZZER

The machine is equipped with a sensor and a buzzer to indicate that the machine is moving in reverse.

SENSOR FOR ENGINE START-UP INHIBITION WHEN FORWARD/REVERSE GEAR SELECTOR IS
ENGAGED

The machine is equipped with a sensor that does not allow for engine start up when the forward/reverse gear selector is out of
neutral position (centre).

SAFETY SYSTEM THAT DOES NOT ALLOW FOR MACHINE START UP WHEN THE WORKING MODE
IS SET

The machine is equipped with a safety system that does not allow for machine start up when the working mode is set, that is to say
when the hydraulic system enabling switch is pressed.

HOPPER BUZZER

The machine is equipped with a sensor and a buzzer to indicate that the hopper is lifting/lowering.

LIFTED HOPPER SPEED LIMITATION SENSOR

The machine is equipped with a sensor that limits the speed to 5 km/h if the hopper is not fully retracted.

JOYSTICK SAFETY PUSH-BUTTON

The push-buttons on the joystick are active only if the safety push-button (on the joystick) is pressed.

BATTERY MANUAL DISCONNECTION

The machine is equipped with a manual battery release device to protect the machine when performing maintenance procedures on
the electrical system, when the machine is stored for long periods or when it is left unattended.

TROUBLESHOOTING

The following table shows the most common problems that may arise when using the machine, the possible causes and the
suggested remedies to solve them.
