DRIVE SYSTEM
The machine drive system is disabled The driver’s seat microswitch is not activated or
it is damaged Repair/replace
The pedal brake is pressed or stuck Release the pedal
The power supply fuse is open Replace
The drive pedal is faulty Replace
The gear selector is faulty Replace
The drive system pump solenoid valves are not
powered Check the electrical system
The drive system pump by-pass screw is
loosen Tighten
The drive system pump is broken Replace
The drive system motors are broken Replace
The machine moves even if the drive pedal is
released The drive system pump is not properly reset Adjust
The machine drive power is reduced The hopper is lifted Fully lower the hopper and return it to horizon-
tal position
The drive pedal is faulty Replace
The drive system pump is broken Replace
The drive system motors are worn Replace
CAB HEATING
There is no hot air The valve or the hot water feed hoses are
broken Replace
There are water leaks from the heater Replace
The switch is off Turn on
The main fuse is open Replace
CAB CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM
There is no fresh air The compressor does not turn because the
drive belt is loosen/broken Adjust the tension/replace the belt
The thermostat is not turned on Turn on
There are gas leaks from the system Repair the leak and integrate the gas
The expansion valve is faulty Replace
The switch is off Turn on
The main fuse is open Replace
There is an open in the gas pressure switch Replace
