PROBLEMS AND REMEDIES

Problem

Possible cause

Remedy

BROOMS

The brooms do not clean properly

The brooms are not properly adjusted

Adjust

The broom speed is not correct

Adjust the speed

The brooms are too worn

Replace

The brooms do not rotate

The working mode is not activated

Activate the working mode switch

The broom speed potentiometer is at idle

Adjust the broom speed potentiometer

The power supply fuse is open

Replace

The broom speed potentiometer is broken

Replace

The proportional electronic board is damaged

Check the connections or replace

The accessory system pump does not pres-
surise the oil in the circuit

Check the oil pressure in the hydraulic system

The solenoid valve is stuck

Replace

There are oil leaks from the hydraulic system
fi ttings/hoses

Repair/replace

The motors are faulty

Replace

The brooms or broom holders are locked

Disassemble and unlock

The broom or broom holder is not integral with
the motor

Check

3RD BROOM ARM

The 3rd broom arm extension does not shift
sideways

The working mode is not activated

Activate the working mode switch

The power supply fuse is open

Replace

The cylinder calibration dowel is clogged

Disassemble and clean

Lack of tension in the solenoid valve

Check the electrical system

The solenoid valves are stuck

Replace

The cylinder gaskets are worn

Overhaul the cylinder

There is an open in the push-buttons

Replace the joystick

The 3rd broom arm does not shift to the right/
left

The 3rd broom turns in the wrong direction

Use the push-button to change the direction

The 3rd broom pressure on the ground is insuf-
fi cient

Lower the arm more

The 3rd broom grip on the ground is insuffi cient Increase the 3rd broom angle of incidence

The 3rd broom is too worn

Replace

The 3rd broom arm swings

The tensioning springs are misadjusted or worn Adjust/replace

The 3rd broom arm does not lift/lower

The working mode is not activated

Activate the working mode switch

The power supply fuse is open

Replace

The cylinder calibration dowel is clogged

Disassemble and clean

Lack of tension in the solenoid valve

Check the electrical system

The solenoid valves are stuck

Replace

The cylinder gaskets are worn
