Controlling how your copies will look
When you make a copy from the Document Assistant, the way it
looks is determined by the settings in the Copy dialog box. These
settings will not affect copies made from the keypad.
Optimizing the quality
The HP OfficeJet software is factory-set to optimize the color in your
copies. The
Color Text/Photo/Graphics
setting will optimize the
copy for text, photos, and graphics on the page. If your original is just
black and white, click
Black & White Text
or
Black & White
Photo/Graphics
accordingly.
Darkening and lightening — Contrast
When you want the copy to be darker or lighter than your original
document, drag the slider bar in the Contrast area to the Contrast
setting you want.
