IPMI Firmware Revision

This item displays the current IPMI firmware revision.

Status of BMC

Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) manages the interface between system management software and platform hard-

ware. This is an informational feature which returns the status code of the BMC micro controller.

XView BMC System Event Log

This feature displays the BMC System Event Log (SEL). It shows the total number of entries of BMC System Events. To view

an event, select an Entry Number and pressing <Enter> to display the information as shown in the screen.

o SEL Entry Number

o SEL Record ID

o SEL Record Type

o Timestamp, Generator ID

o Event Message Format User

o Event Sensor Type

o Event Sensor Number,

o Event Dir Type

o Event Data

Clear BMC System Event Log

Select OK and press the <Enter> key to clear the BMC system log. Select Cancel to keep the BMC System log. The options

are OK and Cancel.

Caution: Any cleared information is unrecoverable. Make absolutely sure that you no longer need any data stored in the log

before clearing the BMC Event Log.
