12 TOP MENU
Displays the top menu of a DVD disc in the play
position — this may be the same as pressing
MENU (page 26).
Press to return to the iPod Top menu when
using iPod functions.
13 RETURN
Returns to a previous menu screen.
14 MENU
Press to display a USB menu, or the Navigator
(page 26, 33, 44).
15 DVD controls
AUDIO
Selects audio channel/language (page 38).
SUBTITLE
Displays/changes the subtitles (page 38).
ANGLE
Changes camera angle during DVD multi-
angle scene playback (page 39).
16 ZOOM
Changes the screen zoom level (page 39).
17 Tuner controls
CLASS
Switches between the three banks
(classes) of radio station presets (page 46).
T.EDIT
Memorizes stations for recall (page 46).
18 Playback controls

page 42 for an explanation of these controls.
19 Sound controls
SURROUND
Selects a Surround mode (page 27) or
switches to stereo playback (page 29).
ADV SURR
Selects a Pioneer original surround mode
(page 28).
20 SOUND RETRIEVER
Press to restore CD quality sound to
compressed audio sources (page 29).
21 MCACC
Starts the Auto MCACC setup (page 22).
22 iPod controls
CTRL
Switches between the iPod controls and
the receiver controls.
Changes repeat play setting.
Changes shuffle play setting.
23 DISPLAY
Displays/changes disc information shown on-
screen (page 39) or to display RDS information
(page 47).
Displays song playback information when
using the iPod function.
