Assembly
TAKE CARE NOT TO LET ANY PAINT CHIPS OR DIRT FALL INSIDE THE CYLINDER.
THIS COULD CAUSE LEAKAGE.
1. Pin bushing assembly
Coat the opening with oil to aid in assembly and press
the bushing into the rod as shown below.
2. Gland seal assemblies
a. Coat the opening with oil to aid in assembly and
press the bushing into place with the proper tool.
b. Rod seal assembly (Keep the right direction and do
not make damage to seal)
