You can store up to 10 names and numbers in
the Directory.
Please note
When storing and editing names and numbers, you
can use the - / + on the Volume button to move the
cursor left and right and add a space and the 1 button
to enter + or - in the name, for example Mum + Dad.
If you wish to enter a pause in the telephone
number (for example when using a switchboard),
press the Redial button in the appropriate place.
Storing names and numbers in the directory
Press the Store button.
The display shows:
Press the Directory button.
The display shows the number of
entries (up to 10).
Enter the phone number.
Press the Store button.
The display shows:
Enter the name of the person you wish
to store (see page 52 for how to enter
names).
Press the Store button.
The phone beeps twice and the display
shows:
Dialling from the Directory
Press the Directory button repeatedly
until the display shows the number
you wish to dial.
Press the Dial button.
The entry shown on the display is
dialled automatically.
