Grounding
It is required that the Remote Programming Adapter be earth grounded to improve
noise immunity and to guard the CopyCat Keypad against hazardous DC bus
potential voltages.

In installations where multiple drives are used, the Remote Programming Adapters
may be linked together in order to simplify grounding of drives.

ATTENTION: A hazard of electrical shock exists if the Remote
Programming Adapter is not tied to earth ground. Failure to provide
an earth ground connection can result in severe personal injury or
death.
