Copying from the VAIO

Document Assistant

This copying method is recommended if you’re copying a long docu

ment or a complex document (like a photograph) that requires a lot of
memory to scan. When you copy from the keypad, only the Sony
IJP-V lOO’s limited memory is used, but when you copy using the
VAIO Document Assistant, the memory in your computer is used.

O

Load your document in the document tray with the printed side

facing away from you (up to 20 pages).

Now look at your computer screen. The VAIO Document Assistant
asks you what you’d like to do with the document you’ve loaded.
