Your computer includes headphones, which you can use to listen to
audio and video CDs. You can listen to audio CDs even when your
computer is in system suspend mode.
To use the remote control when your computer is active, you must use
the Music/Movie Player software. To use the remote control when your
computer is in system suspend mode, follow the directions in the next
section.

To listen to audio CD's in system suspend mode

Connect the micro-plug of the headphones to the headphone remote
control, not to the f) Headphone connector of the computer.
^ Connect the headphones firmly to the remote control. A loose connection may cause
noise.during playback.

Connect the headphone remote control to the 0 Headphone
connector on the computer.

While holding down the Fn key, press Esc.
The computer enters system suspend mode.

Press the ■ Stop button on the remote control.
