Filling in the Phone Book Entry Dialog
The following fields and buttons are available on the Phone Book Entry
dialog: •
Option Description
First Name, Last Name The person’s first and last name.
Company
The name of the company where the person works.
Address, City, State,
Zip Code The person’s address.
Memo Any additional information you need for this
person.
Home The person’s home area code and telephone
number.
Business The person’s business area code and telephone
number.
Fax The person’s area code and fax number.
Pager The person’s area code and pager number.
Cellular The person’s area code and cellular telephone
number.
