View Acuity System printout reports (Web Server option)

Welch Allyn Connectivity Server

View a patient’s historical printout reports

Designated WACS nurses, nurse managers and monitor technicians can access the
Patient Reports page.

The page displays one Acuity System patient’s available vital-signs printout reports.

Reports are available only when the Welch Allyn Connectivity Server and the Web Server
application are running.

To view a patient’s historical printout reports

1.

Along the top of any WACS page, click Home. Click Web Server, and then click the
Patient Data tab.

The Patient List page appears.

2.

Click anywhere in the row of the patient in whom you are interested.

The Patient Reports page appears.

3.

Click Refresh.

Currently available reports are listed.

4.

In the Available Reports column, click a report.

The report appears. If “Printout Not Available” appears, the report has been deleted.

Note

Do not save patient reports on an unsecured or public computer. If the computer
is not secure, always clear the disk cache after each user access.

These icons are present only if you are a designated WACS nurse manager.
