Specify Login controls and Logout controls for the Clinician Notifier
program
In the Login/Logout Controls section of the Configure Notification window, you can
specify these configurations:
•
Whether a clinician must specify a password when logging in to the Clinician Notifier
program on a mobile device. A clinician must always specify a user name.
•
After signal dropout between a mobile device and WACS, the number of minutes
before the Clinician Notifier program logs out.
To specify login control for the Clinician Notifier program
1.
In the New Value column, take one of these steps:
•
To require passwords at login, check the box in the Require passwords row.
•
To allow login without passwords, clear the box in the Require passwords row.
2.
If you have completed all configurations in the Configure Notification page, take these
steps:
a.
Click Save Changes.
Your changes are saved.
b.
Restart the Clinician Notifier program on all mobile devices.
The changes are implemented.
To specify the number of minutes before the Clinician Notifier program logs out
after signal dropout
1.
Hover your pointer over a field in the row.
The range of acceptable values appears.
2.
In the New Value column, type a number within the acceptable range.
3.
If you have completed all configurations in the Configure Notification page, click Save
Changes.
Your changes are saved.
