• Airspace can now be highlighted in the static VIEW
AREA and WAYPOINT EDIT screens
• When flying a flight plan, pressing the DIRECT TO key
on the MAP screen now goes to the ETAs screen. On
the ETAs screen, key 2 now reads DATA BASE and
takes the user to the DATABASE SELECTION screen
• Repositioned Scale bar and destination box on MAP
screen
• All textual references to “VFR” have been changed to
TOPO ON. All references to “IFR” have been changed
to TOPO OFF
• On AIM Output Test screen, GSI and GS Flag options
removed, changed ARRIVAL ALARM to WPT ALERT
and MESSAGE ALARM to MESSAGE ALERT
• Demo mode map generation speed increased
• Improved display of DIRECT TO information when
applied over an active flight plan
• To/From box now displays airport ICAO code instead of
name unless code is unknown
• ZOOMING and PANNING messages now displayed
during map generation
• Engineering PIN number is now required to enter the
Screen Positioning screen
• Added ability to process external GPS AR-NAV OBS
mode data
• Improved handling of waypoint display and map redraw
• General updates to help text, button text and other text
• Now displays ‘+’ after the AIRWAY field if more than
one exists with the same name
