Q How to Smoothly Join a New Scene to
a Previously Recorded Scene
(Camera Search Function)
S How to Add a New Scene at the End of a
Previously Shot Scene
The following operation steps assure smooth
scene-to-scene transitions.
Perform the following steps in the Shooting Pause
Mode.
1 Keep pressed for more than 1 second to
search for the point where the new
recording is to be joined, and release the
button as soon as this point is found.
©When the [◄◄] Button is kept pressed:
•The Indication “<M” appears in the
Viewfinder.
•The scene is played back in reverse direction
at 3 times normal speed.
© When the [►►] Button is kept pressed:
•The Indication appears in the Viewfinder.
•The scene is played back in fora/ard direction
at normal speed.

Press the Start/Stop Button.
•The shooting of the new scene starts and it is
smoothly joined to the previously recorded scene.
H If the cassette has been taken out:
After inserting the cassette, perform the playback
operation (-» 40) to search for the point where the new
recording is to be joined. Press the [VTR/CAMERA]
Button so that the “CAMERA” indication Lamp lights up.
Then perform the above operation.

■ Anfügen einer neuen Szene an das Ende
einer vorher aufgenommen Szene
Die folgenden Bedienungsschritte sorgen für glatte,
saubere Szenenübergänge.
Die folgenden Bedienungsschritte sind in der
Betriebsart Aufnahmepause durchzuführen.

Länger als 1 Sekunde gedrückt halten, um
die Szene aufzufinden, an welcher die
neue Aufnahme angefügt werden soll, und
an dieser Stelle die Taste loslassen.
O Wenn die Taste [◄◄] gedrückt gehalten wird:
• Die Anzeige erscheint im Sucher.
• Die Szene wird in Rückwärtsrichtung mit
dreifacher Normalgeschwindigkeit
wiedergegeben.
© Wenn die Taste [►►] gedrückt gehalten wird:
• Die Anzeige erscheint im Sucher.
• Die Szene wird in Vorwärtsrichtung mit
normaler Geschwindigkeit wiedergegeben.

Die Start-/Stop-Taste drücken.
•Die Aufnahme der neuen Szene beginnt, und sie
wird nahtlos an die vorher aufgenommene Szene
angefügt.
■ Falls die Cassette bereits herausgenommen
worden ist:
Nach dem Einsetzen der Cassette, den Camerarecorder
auf Wiedergabe schalten (-» 40), um die Stelle
aufzufinden, an der die neue Szene angefügt werden
soll. Die Taste [VTR/CAMERA] drücken, so daß die
„CAMERA“-Anzeigelampe aufieuchtet. Anschließend
die obigen Bedienungsschritte durchführen.
