Connect the signal cable attached to the display
to the word processor output connector located at
the left side of the word processor.
Make sure that the connector is pushed all the
way in, and tighten the screws,
Plug the power cord of the monitor to an AC
outlet.
NOTE:
Since the magnetic field of the display can
cause disk drive malfunction, do not place
the CRT display too close to the word
processor.
Open the power compartment cover of the word
processor and plug the cord into an AC outlet.
Press the power switch of the display. The power
indicator illuminates.
NOTE:
If the power indicator does not illuminate,
check the power cord.
