Check if pump fan turns when washer

Check for mechanical restriction of
fan.
Check for electrical power to pump.
Drain hose not
routed
properly
Hose from drain pump must slope
upward and have no low spots or
horizontal runs under washer tank.
Make sure hose is attached to the
back of the washer and has a high
loop.
Hose must be attached to building
plumbing pipe ¾ inch ID or larger.
