Tape does not
remove easily.
Tape is sticking to dried glue on
moistening brush.
Remove brush and clean under cold water.
Refer to the Moistener Maintenance section in
Chapter 10, Maintaining and Updating
for more
information.
Tape error mes-
sages display, but
tape is feeding and
exiting.
Internal problem. Turn power off and back on. If problem persists,
call for service.
Gummed tape is not
wet.
Tape is inserted upside down. Remove roll tape and install tape as shown in
the Tape Maintenance section in Chapter 10,
Maintaining and Updating
.
Wet/dry tape lever is set to dry
position.
Move wet/dry lever up to the wet position.
(Lever down is dry position.)
No solution in bottle. Refill the tape moistener bottle.
