3.2. Programming via web browser
Start page
The start page contains information on the current bit error rate (input reception quality) of tuners 1 to 4 and a
fill level overview of the modulators 1 to 4.
The fill level should not exceed 95%. If the fill level exceeds this value, image interference in the TV device may
occur. The error LEDs on the front panel will light up red in this case.
The Initialization is divided into three different configuration phases.
The satellite and transponder settings are made in Phase 1.
The remux, cross multiplex mode and LCN of the programs is set in Phase 2.
The modulators 1-4 are configured in Phase 3.
3.3. Initialization phase 1
The tuners 1-4 are configured in the menu entry Transponder Settings.
If the ducts of the module have already been assigned transponders, information on the set SAT position,
transponder frequency, LNB oscillator frequency Low/High, Polarization, DISEqC and LNB supply is displayed.
The SAT input frequency is set under the entry Freq. (MHz). The LNB oscillator frequency (LO) for the low and
high band is preset to a default value: low 9750 MHz and high 10600 MHz. The Polarization can be switched
between horizontal and vertical. The DiSEqC function can be switched off or set for one to four SAT positions
in connection with a DiSEqC-enabled multi switch. The LNB supply can be switched on or off.
When all settings for the receiving transponder have been made, the Scan button must be activated. A rotating
circle is shown on the right side during the scanning process.
The reception quality is shown in the center area. If the BER rises, it is indicated with a red bar. The bit error
rate is an approximate value. The indicator turns from blue to red at approx. 30000.
The program list with the received programs of the set transponder is shown in the lower area.
