Installing the Driver in Mac OS 8.6 or
Mac OS 8.5.1
1 Insert the PhotoPC 3100Z CD-ROM in your
computer’s CD-ROM or DVD drive.
2 If necessary, double-click the PhotoPC 3100Z
CD-ROM icon to open the PhotoPC 3100Z window.
3 Double-click the EPSON icon.
4 From the Install screen, click USB Storage Driver .
5 Click the Install button and click Continue .
6 When the installation is complete, restart your computer.
Now you are ready to install the recommended camera
software, as described below.
Installing Camera Software
You can install the software on your Windows 98,
Windows Me system, Windows 2000 system, or on your
Macintosh with Mac OS 8.5.1 through 9.1. (See page C-7
for minimum system requirements.)
NOTE
◗ If you are asked to restart your computer after any
installation, you can cancel and wait to restart until you have
installed all of the PhotoPC 3100Z applications.
◗ If you are using Windows 2000 and are unable to install the
software, contact your system administrator for assistance.
Installing in Windows
1 Insert the PhotoPC 3100Z CD-ROM in your
computer’s CD-ROM or DVD drive.
2 Double-click My Computer . Then double-click the
PhotoPC 3100Z CD-ROM icon.
