Selecting the Output Format

When the procedure in “Inputting HDCP Signals” (p. 29) has been followed to set the HDCP mode to [ON], output from the SDI OUT, SD OUT, and

RGB/COMPONENT OUT connectors will be stopped. Note, however, that HDCP-applied output from the DVI-D/HDMI OUT connectors and output

to the multi-view monitor will continue.

About the Setting for the Output Format

This selects the format of the main output (digital) and analog outputs shown below. Signals that have different resolutions can
be output from digital and analog connectors.

The [OUTPUT FORMAT] indicator for the format selected for the main output lights up. The corresponding output formats of the
SD, HD, and RGB indicators are as follows.

• SD 480i,

576i

• HD

480p, 576p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p

• RGB

VGA (640x480) through WUXGA (1920x1200)

* By default, [HD] is selected, and the unit is set to output 1080i.
