Diagnostics

Team Viewer

When the system requires remote support, connect with an internet connection and provide the Team
Viewer ID to the support person as needed.
1.

From the Main Panel, select the

Diagnostics

button.

2.

Select the

Teamviewer

option.

3.

When prompted, enter the password:

dnppiesupport

(in small letters with no space)

4.

Wait for the DNP-PIE Remote Support window to appear.

Printer Status

1.

From the Main Panel, select the

Diagnostics

button.

2.

Select the

Printer Status

option.

3.

Use the information on this screen to identify your printers and the current status of each printer.
