DS820 High Quality Media Support
• DS820 brings the high definition printing using High Quality media.
• The operator can activate the ‘High Definition’ mode for HQ media.

Go to, Admin, Settings/products/printer parameters/High Density print on supported
printers/
o
ON/OFF (default value : NO)
• The HD mode works on both 300x300 dpi & 300x600 dpi (recommend using 300x600 dpi)
o
Go to, Admin, Settings/products/printer parameters/Resolution/
o
ON/OFF (default value : 300X300 dpi)
Note :
The software detects HQ media and activated HD mode automatically
