Headlight
Assembly
Front Fork
• Position the headlight assembly front side down on a
flat surface.
• Fit the front fork onto the headlight assembly, as shown.
• Insert four #8 x 3 /
4
" screws through the front fork and into
the headlight assembly.
• Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
Do not over-tighten.
• Turn the headlight assembly over so that the front
faces you. Insert two #8 x 3 /
4
" screws into the
headlight assembly.
• Tighten both screws using a Phillips screwdriver.
Do not over-tighten.
“Lens”
• Fit the tabs on the front fork cover into the rectangular
openings in the top of the front fork. Push firmly on the
front fork cover to “snap” it to the front fork.

• Insert the plug end of the handlebar harness through the
hole in the base of the wire cover.
• Feed the handlebar harness through the wire cover until
the top of the wire cover touches the switch cover.
