• Position the handlebar assembly face down.
• Position the windshield curved side down.
• Slide the windshield down over the headlight assembly.
• Insert four #8 x 3 /
4
" screws through the front fork and
into the windshield. Tighten screws using a Phillips
screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
• Loop the handlebar harness
around the retainer in the neck
of the vehicle frame.
• Fit the remaining steering bushing on top of the neck of
the vehicle frame.
• Insert two #8 x 3 /
4
" screws through each side of the
steering bushing and into the neck. Tighten screws using
a Phillips screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.

• Fit the handlebar harness plug
up through the rectangular hole
in the vehicle body.
