Assembly
• While holding the right mirror and switch cover firmly
together, insert two #8 x 3 /
4
" screws through the
switch cover.
• Tighten both screws using a Phillips screwdriver.
Do not over-tighten.

• Fit the right mirror peg through the hole in the right
handlebar and into the hole in the switch cover.
• Continue to slide the wire cover onto the right handlebar.
Fit the wire cover against the curve in the handlebar,
near the grip area.
• Fit the switch cover to the handlebar, making sure that
you align the screw hole in the switch cover with the
screw hole in the handlebar.
Hint: The switch cover should overlap the end of the wire
cover slightly.

• Locate the right handlebar. The right handlebar has an
additional hole in the grip area.
• Slide the base end of the wire cover (with handlebar
harness) onto the right handlebar.
